Terms & Condition

Inclusive in the minimum tariff package:

• Royalty to the government and other taxes
• Government surcharge for a group traveling as one or two pax
• Visa process and arrangement
• All accommodations in 'A' standard hotels approved by the Tourism Council of Bhutan
• Twin sharing on full board
• Full time English speaking guide
• Private transportation for airport pick up/ drop and all sightseeing
• Entrance fees to events, historic sites, museums and parks as indicated in the itinerary

Not included in the minimum tariff package:

• Druk Air (Royal Bhutan Airline) fare
• US$ 20 (visa fee for a single entry)
• US$ 10/Person (Tourism Development Fund)
• Bank charges for tour payment
• Any alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages and any other personal expenses
• Gratuities to guide, driver, trekking staff, hotel service, etc
• Travel Insurance
• Luxury star hotels and resorts available at an additional cost
• US$ 30/Night, single room supplement charges for 2 Pax and above

Cancellation Policy:

• No charge for the tour canceled before 30 days of arrival date
• 50% cancellation charge for the tour canceled before 20 days of arrival date
• No refund for less than 20 days of arrival date

Flights:
Cancellation policies (documentation charge of US$ 20 for change of dates)

• 100% refund for cancellation made before 30 days of travel date
• 40% refund for cancellation made before 20 days of travel date
• NO refund for cancellation made less than 20 days of travel date

Transportation:

• 1 – 2 Pax we use new imported SUVs
• 3 – 6 Pax we use new imported mini bus
• 7 Pax and above, we use new imported coaster bus

Food:
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be served in buffet

Tour Payment:
Once the trip is confirmed, 50% advance payment must be made to confirm the trip and remaining full tour payment must be made at least a month prior to the arrival date. For the flight, we issue your tickets only when the payment is wired from your side. Bank transfer is the only mode of payment for Bhutan tour package.

Being an active member of the Association of Bhutanese Tour Operators (ABTO) and being registered with the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB), the company takes the liability and refund for any sub standard service provided below country's infrastructure and standard mentioned in the our tourism guidelines.
