Sureg Loja has travelled and trekked in Bhutan, Sikkim and Nepal for more than 13 years and has written numerous travel journels.
Loja studied mountaineering at the Himalayan Institute of Mountaineering, Darjeeling, India and went on to learn environmental ethics, outdoor techniques and safety measures in Austria. His love for culture has taken him across the globe from Europe to South America. He has climbed extensively in the Austrian Alps including the highest peak in Austria Mt. Glossglockner.
He is a graduate of tourism and hotel management from Modul, Vienna, Austria. He speaks Engish, German and basic Spanish and offers expert opinion, and advises on trips to Bhutan.
